Heavenly Father, today I release the pain I did not cause and the burdens I was never meant to carry. I lay every wound, every tear, and every broken piece at Your feet. Lord, heal the places in me that people have tried to break. Restore my spirit where shame and hurt tried to live.
Let Your angels carry my tears to You as a sweet offering of trust. Surround me with Your love and remind me that I am not forgotten, not forsaken, and never alone. What the enemy meant for harm, You will turn for my good.
