「3倍大きいでかっむき甘栗」、パッケージの“これすごくない？”に釣られて私も購入。結論、想像以上にゴロッと感があって、1粒食べたときの満足度が高かったです。小粒のむき甘栗だとつい手が止まらなくなるんですが、これは大きい分「今ので結構食べた感あるな」ってなりやすくて、ダイエット中のおやつ候補としてアリだと思いました。ダイエット目線だと、甘栗は“甘いお菓子”というより主食寄りのほくほく系。砂糖たっぷりのスイーツを食べるより、私は「小腹が空いたら甘栗＋お茶」に置き換えると罪悪感が減りました。食物繊維も摂れるので、間食が偏りがちなときの調整にも便利。食べる量は、私は一気に1袋ではなく“数粒だけ”と決めると続けやすかったです。あと、美容面で嬉しいのが、栗はビタミンCやポリフェノールなど抗酸化に関わる栄養が期待できるところ。特に季節の変わり目で肌がゆらぎやすい時期、甘いものを我慢しすぎると逆にストレスになるので、「甘栗で満足度を上げる」作戦は結構助かりました。食べ方のアレンジもおすすめ。私はヨーグルトに刻んで入れたり、オートミールに混ぜたりすると、自然な甘みでデザート感が出て良かったです。お菓子作りなら、パウンドケーキや蒸しパンに混ぜると存在感が出て“でかっ”が活きます。ついでにダイソー小ネタ。店内でよく一緒に探されがちな「みかんの皮むき」系の便利グッズ、柑橘をよく食べる人には地味に生活のQOLが上がるので、甘栗を買うついでにチェックするのもおすすめです。最後に、SNSで見かける「ダイソーの栗デヴィ夫人」みたいなワードは、たぶん広告や紹介投稿がきっかけで話題になってる印象。私は“誰が紹介したか”よりも、実物の粒の大きさと味、コスパで選ぶ派ですが、この商品は100円で試せるので、気になってる人は一度買ってみても損は少ないと思います。
