「六本松 朝食」で探している人に向けて、私が行って感じたポイントをもう少しまとめます。 まず魅力は、“ちゃんと朝ごはんを食べたい日”に刺さる和定食の満足度。木製トレイに小鉢がずらっと並ぶので、写真映えはもちろん、ひと口ずつ味を変えながら食べられて飽きません。特に羽釜ご飯は、粒立ちがよくて朝から幸福感が上がります。ご飯が進む系のおかず（ちりめん高菜や佃煮系）があるので、ペース配分を考えないとすぐおかわりしたくなるやつです。 私がよかったなと思ったのは「最初に自家製甘酒」で体が温まる流れ。朝は冷えがちなので、甘酒→味噌汁のコンボで胃が落ち着いてから刺身や小鉢にいけるのが個人的に◎でした。豆乳豆腐（白家義豆乳豆腐）も、なめらかで優しい味で、濃いめの小鉢の合間に挟むとちょうどいいです。 あと、刺身系が入る御膳を頼むなら“時間に余裕のある朝”がおすすめ。小鉢9種＋小鉢3種＋出汁茶漬けまであるので、急いで食べるのがもったいないボリュームです。出汁茶漬けで締められるので、最後はさっぱり終わるのも朝食向き。 行く前に知っておくと安心なのは、朝食は7:00〜10:00という点。六本松周辺で朝早くからちゃんと食べられるお店は意外と貴重なので、予定がある日の前に入れておくと便利です。店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、カウンターに羽釜ご飯が並んでいるのもワクワクします。 「六本松で、ちょっと贅沢な朝食を食べたい」「和食のモーニングで満たされたい」という人は、鯛やゴマサバの御膳を候補に入れてみてください。
