Not ready yet.
It's not because we don't have the ability.
But because we accidentally compared ourselves to the wrong person
Imagine following this
A child.
Just learned to walk
You can walk 4-5 steps without falling today.
The other one.
Is the Olympic gold medal runner.
Practice for many years
Through falling, missing, hurting, not knowing how many times
If we turn to say
"This toddler is not good at all.
Look... still can't run like him. "
The question is,
----Is it fair?
But the truth is,
Many people do this to themselves every day.
Just started.
Just tried.
Just took the first step.
But instead took myself
Go to measure with the standard of people * * * *

We're not good.

หลายคนมักเผลอเปรียบเทียบตัวเองกับคนที่ประสบความสำเร็จสูง จนลืมไปว่าทุกคนต้องเริ่มต้นจากจุดเล็ก ๆ การเปรียบเทียบที่ไม่ยุติธรรม เช่น เอาคนเพิ่งเริ่มต้นไปเทียบกับคนที่ผ่านช่วงฝึกฝนมาแล้ว จะทำให้รู้สึกท้อแท้และขาดความมั่นใจ แต่แท้จริงแล้ว กระบวนการเรียนรู้และเติบโตต้องใช้เวลาและพลังใจในแต่ละวัน การยอมรับว่าเราอยู่ในช่วง "หัดเดิน" เป็นเรื่องสำคัญ เพราะทุกความสำเร็จย่อมมาจากการฝึกฝน ล้มเหลว และพยายามจนทำได้ เช่นเดียวกับเด็กที่หัดเดินที่ตอนแรกอาจจะเดินได้แค่ไม่กี่ก้าว แต่ถ้าพยายามต่อเนื่อง ส่วนคนที่เป็นนักวิ่งเหรียญทองโอลิมปิกได้มาตรฐานสุดยอด นั้นเกิดจากการสะสมความพยายามและเวลาขั้นสูงมาตลอดหลายปี เพื่อไม่ให้รู้สึกกดดันหรือท้อแท้ ควรถามตัวเองว่า "วันนี้เราไปได้ไกลกว่าเมื่อวานไหม" การตระหนักรู้ถึงการพัฒนาที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละวันจะสร้างแรงจูงใจและความพึงพอใจในการเรียนรู้ และช่วยติดตามความสำเร็จในระยะยาว นอกจากนี้ การเปรียบเทียบตัวเองกับผู้อื่นควรทำอย่างระมัดระวัง ควรเลือกเปรียบเทียบกับคนที่อยู่ในช่วงเดียวกัน หรือใช้มาตรฐานของตัวเองเป็นหลัก เพื่อสร้างการเติบโตที่แท้จริงและยั่งยืน ความสำเร็จไม่ได้วัดกันที่จุดเริ่มต้นหรือปลายทาง แต่เป็นการเดินทางและการพัฒนาตัวเองทีละก้าว ในแง่ของจิตวิทยา การเปรียบเทียบตัวเองกับผู้อื่นโดยไม่เหมาะสมอาจสร้างความเครียดและลดความสุขในชีวิต การสร้างมุมมองที่เป็นบวกและเน้นการเรียนรู้จะช่วยส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตที่ดีและช่วยให้เราพัฒนาได้ต่อเนื่องจริงจังโดยไม่รู้สึกกดดัน ดังนั้น การเข้าใจถึงธรรมชาติของการเติบโตด้วยการเปรียบเทียบตัวเองในช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสม จะช่วยให้เราฝ่าฟันขีดจำกัดและพัฒนาตัวเองได้อย่างมั่นคงและมีคุณภาพในทุก ๆ วัน
