I made another one lol
Creating art that reflects personal experiences can be both therapeutic and empowering. In my latest piece, inspired by phrases like 'MY THERAPIST SAID I GOT ADHD' and 'I WANNA BE FAMOUS!', I explore the complex feelings many face today — from managing mental health to grappling with public attention. ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, is a condition that affects focus and impulse control, and hearing about it from a therapist can be both confusing and enlightening. When I read 'I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS!' it reminded me how often people struggle to understand their diagnoses. Through my artwork, I wanted to convey that confusion alongside the yearning to be understood. Additionally, the phrase 'HYBE LEAVE ME ALONE!' calls out the pressure from the entertainment industry and social media culture, which relentlessly chases fame and attention. This piece represents a pushback against those forces, highlighting the desire for personal space and mental peace. From my experience, sharing these themes through creative outlets opens up conversations that many shy away from. It allows others to relate and feel less isolated. If you're navigating your own mental health journey or the desire for recognition, I urge you to channel those feelings into something meaningful — whether art, writing, or simply talking to someone. This artwork isn’t just a statement; it’s an invitation to reflect on how fame and mental health intersect in our lives and how we can find clarity and peace amidst these challenges.
