Not confident in ourselves. Fear people know we're not really good.
🫧 25 years old with self-confidence, with a sense of fear all along, afraid that someone will catch that what we do or what we achieve is actually not because we are good at it.
👧🏻 I speak English, listen, read, write, get 800 + TOEIC exams, have been to Work and Travel in America for three months, everything is proof that I'm doing well.
But believe it, today you are not good at yourself, and you are afraid that people will know that we are not good at it.
I thought it was because of luck.
I think it's because of luck.
I was never really proud of myself. I was "just Fluke."
I came to know the word Imposter Syndrome.
We often doubt our abilities and believe that success is due to luck rather than ability.
I still am today.
But there are three small ways to make me more kind to myself. I want to share it with everyone.
1. Separate "thought" from "truth"
From the book Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before?
Because not every idea our brain creates is always real.
2. Accept yourself not necessarily perfect
Sometimes we may set the standard for ourselves too high.
Not being perfect. Being not good.
Every human being always has a space to learn and develop.
3. Try to see how far we have walked
And be more kind to yourself.
This feeling hasn't gone away yet.
But hopefully believe more in yourself one day.
Who has this condition and how to manage their feelings? Can they have a trick or talk? 🥰✨
