ผมขอแชร์ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ไปร้านนัด กิน ยำ หลายครั้งแล้วครับ ร้านนี้โดดเด่นที่ความพิถีพิถันในการปรุงรสทุกเมนู สดใหม่ทุกจานและรสชาติที่สม่ำเสมอไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าจะได้ทานอาหารในมาตรฐานเดียวกันทุกครั้ง ไม่ว่าจะสั่งตำเส้นเล็กหมูยอที่มีปลาร้าหอมกลมกล่อม หรือยำนัวที่รสจัดจ้าน เข้มข้นจนต้องยกนิ้วโป้ง นอกจากนี้ปีกไก่ทอดและปีกไก่ย่างก็กรอบอร่อยจนหยุดกินไม่ได้เลยครับ สิ่งที่ประทับใจมากคือเจ้าของร้านและพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและพร้อมให้คำแนะนำเรื่องความเผ็ดได้ตามใจชอบ นอกจากนี้ร้านนี้ยังมีบรรยากาศสบายๆ เรียบง่าย เหมาะสำหรับทุกคนที่อยากเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศมาลิ้มลองของอร่อยแบบลับๆ ในกาญจนบุรี อยากแนะนำว่าก่อนมาแนะนำโทรสอบถามเรื่องเวลาปิดร้านสักหน่อย เพราะที่นี่ของหมดเร็ว และมีคนละครึ่งด้วยนะ ทำให้ราคาสบายกระเป๋ามากขึ้น เหมาะกับสายแซ่บที่อยากลองชิมเมนูส้มตำและยำหลากหลายแบบไม่ผิดหวังเลยครับ
