Go to the district office or the district office, according to the military domicile (see my father's household register, or if my father is dead / not registered, see my mother's), walk to the government.

การไปขึ้นทะเบียนทหารสด.9 เป็นกิจกรรมสำคัญที่หนุ่มอายุ 17 ปีทุกคนต้องทำตามกฎหมายไทย แม้ขั้นตอนจะดูเหมือนง่าย แต่ถ้าเตรียมตัวล่วงหน้าไม่ดี อาจทำให้เสียเวลาและเกิดความวุ่นวายได้ จากประสบการณ์ที่ผมเคยไปทำ ณ สำนักงานสัสดีอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองคาย สิ่งที่อยากแชร์เพิ่มเติมคือ ควรตรวจสอบวันเวลาทำการให้ชัดเจนก่อนเดินทาง เพราะบางสำนักงานอาจเปิดประมาณ 08.30 น. ถึง 16.30 น. เท่านั้น และต้องไปเฉพาะวันราชการ ผมแนะนำให้เตรียมเอกสารครบทุกชนิดทั้งตัวจริงและสำเนา เช่น บัตรประชาชนผู้ขอขึ้นทะเบียน สมุดทะเบียนบ้านทั้งของผู้รับและของพ่อ-แม่ รวมถึงใบมรณบัตรในกรณีที่พ่อหรือแม่เสียชีวิต เพราะสัสดีอาจขอดูเอกสารตัวจริงประกอบการตรวจสอบ เรื่องการแต่งกาย สวมชุดนักเรียนหรือชุดสุภาพเพื่อความเหมาะสมและเป็นระเบียบ จะช่วยให้เจ้าหน้าที่ให้ความร่วมมือและบริการรวดเร็วขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ควรไปช่วงเช้าเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความแออัดและรอคิวนาน สำหรับเรื่องค่าใช้จ่าย การขึ้นทะเบียนในช่วงเวลาที่ถูกกำหนดตามกฎหมายจะไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมใดๆ แต่หากไปช้ากว่ากำหนด อาจโดนปรับประมาณ 100 บาทตามข้อกฎหมาย ซึ่งควรหลีกเลี่ยงด้วยการเตรียมตัวให้พร้อม สุดท้าย ขอฝากข้อคิดเห็นว่าการให้ความร่วมมือและเตรียมข้อมูลอย่างครบถ้วนไม่เพียงช่วยประหยัดเวลาของตัวเอง แต่ยังช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ ทำให้การขึ้นทะเบียนทหารสด.9 เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและสะดวกที่สุด หวังว่าแชร์นี้จะเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับหนุ่มๆที่กำลังเตรียมตัวไปทำทะเบียนทหารครับ
