Songs that have helped me on my healing journey🎵✨
Here are some of my favorite songs to listen to when I’m going through one of life’s (many) battles. 🫶🏽 Some are feel-good/self-love reminders, some have touching lyrics and others are just musically powerful. Music is a great tool to let those emotions flow and pour out if they need to. No judgement, just healing- remember this is all of our first time on this earth too. ♥️
I use Spotify but I’m sure they’re all on other music platforms too 💌 what are some of your fave songs? I’m always keen to adding more to my playlist 🤪

Building on my initial thoughts about the power of music, I wanted to dive a little deeper into how these self healing songs truly become a vital part of my wellness routine. It's more than just background noise; it's an active practice of self-care and emotional processing, making a healing music playlist incredibly personal and impactful. For me, music acts as a gentle guide through the various stages of healing. Sometimes, I need a song that allows me to feel deeply, to process sadness or frustration without judgment. Other times, I crave something uplifting that reminds me of my strength and resilience. That's why curating a diverse healing through music playlist is so important. It's like having a friend who knows exactly what you need at any given moment. Take, for instance, the calming vibes of Hollow Coves, especially their album Wanderlust. Tracks like "Coastline" (which is definitely on my playlist!) transport me to a peaceful beach scene, helping me to disconnect from worries and find a sense of serenity. Their music embodies that soft, reflective quality, almost like a soft worship music experience, not in a religious sense, but in finding a sacred, internal calm. It's about gratitude and connection to the natural world, which can be profoundly healing. Then there’s the iconic Coldplay; their Parachutes album, with songs like "Yellow," offers a comforting blanket of nostalgia and gentle introspection. These are the songs I turn to when I need a reminder that even through melancholy, there's beauty and hope. They help me acknowledge feelings without getting stuck in them. Beyond these, I've discovered gems like UMI's "Remember Me," which truly resonates with self-love and presence. When I hear Ziggy Alberts' "Follow the Ocean," it's a grounding force, reminding me to trust the flow of life. Artists like Trevor Hall with "khan" offer a spiritual connection, fostering inner peace. And for moments of empowerment, G Flip's "I Am Not Afraid" is a powerful anthem that helps me reclaim my courage. My MY HEALING Playlist isn't just a collection of tracks; it's a sanctuary. It’s where I can explore emotions, practice mindfulness, and find solace. Whether it’s the raw emotion in Shiloh Dynasty's "You Can't Control My Heart" or the reflective lyrics of benny blanco's "Unlearn (with Gracie Abrams)," each song holds a unique place in my journey. I encourage you to build your own, always keeping an ear out for those melodies and lyrics that speak directly to your soul. What songs are currently on your healing playlist? I’m always eager to discover new additions!
