Whether it's a leisurely walk, reading a favorite book, or watching a comforting show, dedicating time to unwind is crucial. It creates a mental boundary between weekend and work time. Lastly, managing workload and expectations on Monday morning by prioritizing tasks and allowing yourself breaks can prevent the 'devastating' feeling that Sunday scaries bring. These strategies combined have transformed how I experience the transition from the weekend into the new week and could help anyone struggling with similar Sunday blues.
