Menyembuhan butuh energi yang banyak jadi tidak butuh datang lagi dan lagi
Healing is often more than just a physical process—it demands emotional and mental energy as well. From my personal experience, trying to rush through healing or revisiting painful memories repeatedly can drain your strength and delay your progress. Instead, it’s essential to allow yourself the time and space to truly heal. I found that once I stopped trying to 'start over' again and again, and instead focused on enjoying my life as it is, my healing journey became much smoother. Appreciating yourself and the life you have helps build resilience and a positive mindset. Self-compassion plays a vital role here: treating yourself with kindness and respect is a form of energy replenishment. The phrase "healing takes a lot of energy so you don't need to come back again and again" really resonated with me. It reminded me to conserve my emotional resources and practice patience with myself. There’s no need to rush or force the process; healing is unique to each person. Additionally, embracing solitude and self-reflection helped me appreciate my own company more. Learning to value myself without constant external validation was a turning point. It is empowering to live your life fully, appreciating who you are and where you are on your journey. In summary, healing energy is precious—use it wisely by focusing on self-care and living mindfully rather than repeatedly revisiting past hurts. This approach truly helped me enjoy life and respect myself more deeply.
