จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การทำงานในองค์กรใหญ่มักพบว่าคนรุ่นใหม่โดยเฉพาะ GenZ มีความท้าทายกับระบบที่ยังไม่ยืดหยุ่นและขาดความชัดเจนเรื่องเส้นทางการเติบโตในสายงาน การนำเทคโนโลยี AI มาใช้ในแอปพลิเคชันแบบ LevelUP ถือเป็นแนวคิดที่น่าสนับสนุน เพราะช่วยให้พนักงานสามารถวางเป้าหมายได้เองและได้รับคำแนะนำจากเมนเทอร์ที่เหมาะสม ซึ่งนอกจากจะสร้างแรงบันดาลใจแล้ว ยังช่วยลดความรู้สึกท้อแท้และไม่แน่ใจในอนาคต ระดับองค์กรควรเปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนด career path และสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่วนตัวคิดว่าการจับคู่ mentor ผ่าน AI ยังช่วยให้การแนะนำเป็นแบบเฉพาะบุคคลมากยิ่งขึ้น ทำให้ง่ายต่อการพัฒนาและแก้ไขจุดอ่อนในทักษะของแต่ละคน แม้ว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบองค์กรไม่ใช่เรื่องง่ายและต้องใช้เวลานาน แต่การเริ่มต้นจากการสร้างเครื่องมือที่ช่วยให้คนในองค์กรเข้าใจและวางแผนอาชีพได้เอง จะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ดีในการพัฒนาองค์กรให้เหมาะกับยุคสมัยและตอบโจทย์คนรุ่นใหม่มากขึ้น สุดท้าย การเปิดพื้นที่สำหรับการแชร์ไอเดียและฟังเสียงคนรุ่นใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่องจะช่วยสร้างนวัตกรรมและทำให้องค์กรปรับตัวได้ไวขึ้น เป็นการพิสูจน์ว่าเทคโนโลยีและการสื่อสารจะเป็นกุญแจสำคัญในการแก้ปัญหา world’s complex issues ของระบบองค์กรที่ฝังรากลึก
