Skin care Tips for Glowy Skin ✨

Sunlight always reminds me to slow down and treat my skin a little kinder. Glowy skin isn’t about doing more, but truly about doing the right things consistently. Here’s what’s been keeping my skin looking fresh, hydrated, and happy lately:

🌞 I Never skip SPF

Even on chill outdoor days like this. Sun protection = glow protection. I use a lightweight SPF that doesn’t leave a white cast and that also doubles as a primer.

💧 Hydration is everything!!

Glowy skin starts with moisture. I like to use a Witch Hazel Milk toner and Glycolic acid after a good wash. Then I rub a Vitamin C hydrating/moisturising cream over my face and finish with drops of Castor Oil to seal in the moisture for the day.

🧼 Gentle cleansing only

No harsh scrubs or stripping cleansers. If your skin feels tight after washing, it’s doing wayyy too much.

🍵 Remember, glowing starts from the inside!

Drink plenty of water, eat your fruits and veggies, & rest up! I’ve started chewing Magnesium tablets that help me relax and sleep better at night and it has really benefited my skin! My skin always shows it when I’m hydrated and well rested.

✨ Less makeup can yield better skin!

I focus a lot on skin care so sometimes, I don’t feel like I need heavy makeup. Everyone’s skin is different and you should always do what works best for YOUR skin. For me, I looooove a little blush and lip gloss on my “no make-up” days. I’ve found that the less foundation/concealer I wear, the less I even need it!

Incorporating magnesium supplementation or relaxation techniques, such as meditation or gentle stretching before bedtime, can improve sleep quality, which is reflected positively on your skin. Consistency in these habits leads to lasting improvements and naturally glowing skin, affirming that glow is not just surface-deep but a reflection of overall wellness.
