“Love each other but first love yourself. Go find a purpose and mind your health.” I wrote this song while I was on vacation at the beach. I’ve joked with my wife that it should be in the opening credits of a romantic comedy. It’s positive, upbeat and short. The purpose of this music project is to leave a legacy of my close to 3 decades of writing and performing music. ‘Before I Go’ is a keystone of that legacy. I wanted to write a song for my kids and leave them a positive message and learnings before it’s too late. It’s driven by percussive ukulele layers which I’ve been able to reproduce live to a great reception. ‘Before I Go’ is available now on music streaming services. Check the links in my bio.

Hello! I'm Pype720, pronounced Pipe Seven Twenty and I'm an original rock musician hailing from the Washington DC region. If you like acoustic, metal, hard rock, bass, rap or pop, it's all infused in my original sound. My biggest influences are 90's industrial acts like Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson and Filter plus rock staples like Foo Fighters, Collective Soul and My Chemical Romance. I write my own songs, play all the instruments and do my own sound engineering, mixing and mastering. I get better with each release and you can hear the progression over time.
