Cell Shatters and Medical Medifest
2/2
I meditated, manifested, and replace my everything, with different forms of balance: liquid, solids, gases.. even of thought, and educative resonance.
Part of my responses, come from manifest, and majestic, as other, mind cognitive recognition, and recovery, from education, and healing.
When I first started experiencing what felt like my 'cells shattering,' it was incredibly confusing and often frightening. It wasn't just physical; it felt like my entire system was out of whack. I later learned about conditions like Autonomic Nervous System Disorders, or dysautonomia, and suddenly, many of my seemingly unrelated symptoms started to make sense – the unpredictable heart palpitations, sudden blood pressure drops, and even issues with breathing and digestion. It was a wake-up call that my body needed more than just a quick fix; it needed a complete rebalancing. This realization propelled me deeper into practices of meditation and manifestation. For me, 'manifesting' isn't about wishing for a miracle, but about intentionally cultivating a state of being where healing can occur. It's about setting clear intentions for recovery and then aligning my daily actions and thoughts with those intentions. The 'Daily Journal' entries in my mind became a guide, focusing on daily goals, self-reflection, and what truly makes me feel prepared and motivated. One of the most profound shifts came from understanding how these practices impact my nervous system. When you're constantly in a state of stress or dysregulation, your fight-or-flight response can be overactive. Through consistent meditation, I've learned to gently guide my body back into a more balanced, rest-and-digest state. This isn't just spiritual; there's growing research on how mindfulness can improve vagal tone and help regulate the autonomic nervous system, leading to better heart rate variability and overall function. It's a true 'body transformation' from the inside out. My daily routine now incorporates specific elements to support this healing. I start my day with mindful movement, followed by a period of focused meditation where I visualize my body operating in perfect harmony. Hydration is key – I focus on nutrient-rich liquids and paying attention to what my body truly needs. I've also become much more aware of my environment. For instance, I've started paying more attention to electric magnetic forces (EMF) in my home, creating more 'unplugged' spaces to reduce potential stressors on my sensitive system. This was a concern that popped up in my personal reflections, and I've found a calmer environment truly helps my recovery process. It's a continuous journey of 'mind cognitive recognition and recovery.' I regularly check in with myself, just like in a journal, to see what's working and what needs adjustment. This isn't about perfection, but about consistent, gentle effort towards holistic wellness. It’s about replacing imbalance with conscious choices in liquids, solids, gases, and even thoughts, to support my body's innate ability to heal and thrive. This path has been my personal 'Medical Manifest' – a conscious effort to manifest health and balance.
