adult acne has been one of my biggest skin struggles over the past couple of years! here are some products that i have found make a difference.

1. salicylic acid cleanser: this cleanser works really well for treating acne breakouts and flare ups. the main active ingredient (salicylic acid) is really effective and it cleans my skin without drying it out.

2. skin barrier serum: this helps strengthen my skin barrier while soothing breakouts. as a bonus, it’s also really hydrating!

3. invisible pimple patches: i’ve tried a lot of pimple patches over the years, and these are some of my favorites. i usually put them on before bed and they reduce the pimples to almost nothing overnight. i also like that these are clear and can be worn during the day if you would like.

For me, it truly cleanses without stripping, which is crucial, especially if you tend to have dry skin alongside your breakouts. Using it daily helps prevent new blemishes from forming.
