【ホワイトソース不使用】ポテトグラタン

【材料】2人前くらい・じゃがいも：300g ・玉ねぎ：100g ・お好きなミルク：250ml ・バター：10〜20g ・白味噌：大さじ1 (普通の味噌でも) 　お好みでベーコンなど　(今回は前回紹介した自家製無添加ベーコン使用) 【作り方】 ①じゃがいも、玉ねぎをスライスする ②フライパンに材料を全て入れて火にかける ③とろみがついてきたら耐熱容器に入れて　オーブンやトースターで焼いたら完成！　※オーブンなら200度で予熱して10〜15分　　トースターなら8〜10分程度です【ポイント】・じゃがいものでんぷん利用してとろみをつけてるので
