Focusing on my mental health all 2025 🙏🏽🤞🏽🙌🏽❤️

June of last year my life drastically changed…

I was finally set free from the most toxic, mentallly draining, emotionally exhausting relationship I had ever been in. I was able to finally break free, knowing that a child will never make anyone love you the way you deserve… 🤎

I took that pain and turned it into a badge of honor. & while it’s months later I’m still trying to find myself as much as I can.

It’s tough. It’s unfamiliar. But it’s so worth it. & I’m so thankful to God for keeping me and not letting me crash out over a man that was never worth it ✨

Always… Know. Your. Worth 🤞🏽🩷

Many individuals are breaking free from toxic relationships and reclaiming their mental wellness. Techniques like mindfulness, therapy, and journaling can significantly aid this journey. Recognizing your worth is crucial; self-love forms the foundation for a healthier life. Engaging in community support groups or practices like meditation and exercise can enhance emotional resilience. It's important to understand that healing is not linear; setbacks are part of growth. The ever-evolving conversation around mental health encourages seeking help, sharing experiences, and promoting positivity. Remember, living your life authentically is the key to happiness. Explore resources and connect with others who share similar paths, reinforcing that you're not alone in this journey. Be patient with yourself as you navigate through your healing process and embrace a future full of hope and strength.
