Keep going, I promise it gets better, I have been clean over a year and almost relapsed a lot. It always has its ups and downs. My mom found out after I had hit 6 months and I was so ashamed. My Friend was the reason I got clean, her birthday was coming up and I asked her what she wanted and she wanted me to get clean. I started doing other habbits in replacement like holding ice in my hands. I used sleep as a replacement too. I promise it gets better I am almost a year and 3 months (on the 13th of this june!) and I am so proud of how far I have come, its a journey but you can get through it. ⚘️🫶
