Visual Identity Reveal!

We’re proud to unveil the visual identity we developed for Collision.Careers — a job networking platform dedicated to connecting talent with opportunities across the collision repair industry.

Our goal was to create a bold, modern visual identity that reflects both technical precision and career mobility. The brandmark integrates an automotive spray gun within the letterform, symbolizing craftsmanship, skill, and the professionals who keep the industry moving forward.

The identity system features a high-contrast purple and gold palette, modern geometric typography, and a scalable design framework that works seamlessly across digital platforms, mobile interfaces, and real-world applications — from web experiences to branded vehicles and recruitment materials.

Beyond the logo, we developed a complete visual identity system, including:

• Brand iconography and UI components

• Typography standards

• Color systems for print and digital

• Web interface styling and button systems

• Application mockups and brand use cases

The result is a cohesive brand that communicates innovation, professionalism, and opportunity in an industry that drives millions of careers.

If your organization is looking to elevate its brand, launch a new platform, or develop a full visual identity system, our team would love to help.

The integration of an automotive spray gun into the letterform is a clever design choice that highlights craftsmanship and skill in the collision repair sector. In my experience, choosing a high-contrast color palette such as purple and gold not only boosts visual appeal but also conveys a sense of innovation and professionalism. Purple often represents creativity and ambition, while gold symbolizes quality and prestige—ideal traits for a career-focused platform. Another important aspect is creating a scalable visual system adaptable across various touchpoints: from mobile apps and websites to real-world applications like branded vehicles and recruitment materials. This ensures brand consistency and strengthens recognition, which is critical for platforms aiming to build trust in niche industries. Typography also plays a major role. Geometric modern fonts like Aeonik used in Collision.Careers promote clarity and readability, which enhances user experience on digital platforms. Establishing typography and color system standards helps future-proof the brand for any expansions or marketing campaigns. Finally, developing comprehensive UI components and brand iconography supports a smooth user journey. As seen with Collision.Careers, a well-thought-out visual identity system facilitates seamless interaction between candidates and employers, making job searching intuitive and efficient. For those managing rebranding or new brand launches, I recommend focusing on industry-specific symbolism paired with versatile design frameworks. This approach not only differentiates your brand but also fosters meaningful connections within your professional community.
