How bad is the new Snow White movie?
Guys, the new live-action Snow White is trending and not in a good way. It’s sitting at a brutal 2.5 on IMDb, the lowest ever for a Disney princess reboot. Compare that to The Little Mermaid at 7.2 or even Mulan at 5.8. Yikes.
Personally, I was excited for Rachel Zegler, but the reviews claim the script misses the magic. Disney’s clearly risking fan backlash with these reboots, but this score is next-level harsh.
The recent release of the live-action Snow White has sparked intense discussion among Disney fans, especially given its low rating on IMDb. With a score of just 2.5, it falls short in comparison to other adaptations like The Little Mermaid and Mulan, which scored significantly higher at 7.2 and 5.8, respectively. Critics have pointed out that while the casting of Rachel Zegler was promising, the overall execution of the script lacks the enchanting elements that fans expected. Many fans are concerned about the direction Disney is taking with its princess reboots, fearing that they deviate too far from the classic magic that made the originals so beloved. The backlash could suggest a turning point for Disney, as audiences vocalize their dissatisfaction with the franchise's recent offerings. Understanding how the public reacts to these changes is crucial for the future of Disney's live-action projects. As fans debate the merits and faults of this new interpretation of a classic tale, the discussion may guide Disney's approach to storytelling and character development in its upcoming films.

So insane, I’ve never seen anything like this lol! Reviewers trashed this movie to pieces! A friend of mine saw it & actually liked it. I’ll just wait for it to hit Disney+
