Having moved over 10 times, I can’t stand tossing usable stuff. Local domestic violence/women’s shelters take almost everything. Once, they even took my 40 packs of mistakenly bought thick pads. Dress for Success gets my blouses, they help women re-enter the workforce. Goodwill is my fallback, I try selling or gifting first, but donating always leaves me feeling like I’m both cutting waste and helping out. Any donation spots I’m missing?

Home and clothing items always go to my local woman’s shelter or thrift store. The one by us is called the Sparrows Nest. I would give your area a Goog and see if you have a shelter/store one near you. Great cause and the CEO doesn’t profit like Goodwill ❤️
