Strangers roast a girl for dumping cancer bf.

I still think about this article I saw: a girl left her boyfriend of a year after he got cancer, saying it was too much to handle. People ripped her apart and called her terrible. But they weren’t even living together! It’s wild that strangers got mad she didn’t stick to “in sickness and in health” for a relationship that wasn’t even serious enough for cohabitation.

Then there was another story: a girl lost her job, couldn’t pay rent, moved back with her parents. Her boyfriend had his own place, but they had only been together months. Everyone online was bashing him saying he should’ve paid her rent, let her move in, that she should dump him. But the girl herself said they hadn’t been together long enough to ask for that!

Why’s everyone so quick to judge strangers’ relationships online? Don't you think these expectations are nuts? Why would people tear others down for not meeting crazy relationship rules at the early stages?

honestly me and my boyfriend were together for 3 months when i moved in because my mom was moving and i couldn’t go with her. i would’ve had nowhere to go so him and his family let me live with him. we have been together 2 years now
