To begin, ensure that you properly wash and prepare your meat to avoid any contamination, which is especially vital when handling pork. Using mustard as a binder not only helps the seasonings stick but adds a subtle tanginess to the flavor profile. The combination of spices like lemon pepper, garlic powder, and Montreal steak seasoning elevates the dish, crafting an irresistible taste. When cooking, wrapping the rib tips in foil ensures they remain moist and tender. Baking them at 375°F for two hours allows the flavors to meld beautifully. Unwrapping them halfway through to drain the juices prevents the ribs from becoming too soggy while allowing the BBQ sauce to caramelize for an irresistible sticky finish. You can experiment by adding your own spin on the sauce recipe; mixing Sweet Baby Ray's with other BBQ sauces gives a unique flavor that can cater to any palate. A quick garnish of freshly chopped herbs can also enhance presentation. Enjoy these delightful rib tips with sides like coleslaw or cornbread for a well-rounded meal!
