Systems of power were built to benefit them, and they still dominate politics, wealth, and leadership. Equality can feel uncomfortable when you’re used to privilege, but discomfort is not oppression. Let’s stop rewriting reality to protect fragile narratives and start having honest conversations about power, equity, and truth.
