IMPROVE YOUR LIFE
Wake up with intention, not urgency.
• No phone for the first 30 minutes
• Water, stretch, breathe
• One grounding ritual (prayer, journaling, affirmations)
Chic rule: How you start your day sets your tone—and your standards.
⸻
2. Choose Quality Over Chaos
This applies to everything:
• Clothes (tailored basics > trendy clutter)
• Friendships (peace > proximity)
• Commitments (alignment > obligation)
Chic rule: Fewer things, better energy.
⸻
3. Romanticize Discipline
Discipline is self-love in heels.
• Keep promises to yourself
• Finish what you start
• Protect your routines like appointments
Chic rule: Consistency makes confidence effortless.
⸻
4. Elevate Your Environment
Your space should feel calm, clean, and intentional.
• Neutral tones, soft lighting
• Fresh air + subtle scent
• One beautiful detail you love (flowers, candle, art)
Chic rule: Your home should feel like a deep exhale.
⸻
5. Speak With Grace and Clarity
• Say less, mean more
• No over-explaining
• Calm voice, clear boundaries
Chic rule: Soft tone, strong message.
⸻
6. Invest in Your Body Like an Asset
Not punishment—partnership.
• Nourish, don’t restrict
• Move daily (walks count)
• Sleep is non-negotiable
Chic rule: Energy is the new luxury.
⸻
7. Guard Your Mind Ruthlessly
• Limit negative content
• Stop replaying old stories
• Replace comparison with curiosity
Chic rule: Peace is a flex.
⸻
8. Keep Something Just for You
A journal, a vision, a secret dream.
Something you’re building quietly.
Chic rule: Mystery is magnetic.🧲

I’m actually going to work on this this year💕 I’m starting College online at Southern New Hampshire University this Monday studying for my B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance💕 I’m being selfish this year for once‼️ I’m always helping out motherf*ckers and I end up getting back stabbed, betrayed, switched up on and abandoned when I have shown nothing but loyalty since Day 1‼️ I got to get my sh*t together and even though I’m 21 going on 22 in June, I’m not going to stay in my 20s forever so I’m trying harder to make changes now to become independent starting with trying hard to graduate and get my degree💯
