Here’s a few of my different hairstyles ✨

These styles may look basic to some and they pretty much are but they mean a lot to me. These are my go-to hairstyles. The second and last photos are mainly my winter ❄️ hairstyles but I switch it up every now and then.🫰🏾❤️

For me, the second and last photos reflect my winter hair routines. During colder months, I focus on styles that protect my hair from dry air and low humidity, which can cause brittleness and breakage. One hairstyle I often use is the loc bun, which is both practical and stylish. It helps keep my hair contained and reduces manipulation, which is key for maintaining healthy locs during winter. I also moisturize more frequently with natural oils and leave-in conditioners to combat dryness. Swapping out regular accessories for silk scarves or satin-lined hats helps reduce friction and preserve moisture. I’ve noticed that simple styles don’t have to be plain; they carry personal meaning and comfort, especially when they become part of a seasonal ritual. Switching up hairstyles occasionally keeps my routine fresh and adaptable to changing weather and moods. Sharing these tips encourages others to find pride and self-care routines in their own hair journeys, whether basic or elaborate.
