I often find my mood swinging dramatically from feeling excited to downright frustrated. It’s funny how pregnancy hormones can make simple things feel overwhelming, and sometimes I catch myself thinking, "Mood every time I clock in," meaning the shift in my energy and feelings throughout the day. One honest truth I've learned is that it’s okay to experience these mood changes—they’re part of the journey. I even joke about it with friends, saying, "this b!tch while pregnant," referring to how unpredictable pregnancy can be. Sharing these moments and connecting with other moms going through similar experiences has been incredibly comforting. At 20 weeks, the baby starts moving more noticeably, and those little kicks bring a mix of joy and relief, confirming the life growing inside me. Managing daily life while embracing these changes takes patience but also creates a unique bond with my little boy. For other moms-to-be, I recommend embracing your feelings, seeking support when needed, and remembering that every pregnancy is beautifully unique yet universally challenging.
