You want to take in less calories than you are burning. Drink more water if you don’t like the taste of water get you some sugar free water flavors. Try to eat a lot of protein and vegetables. Try to stay away from pre packaged foods of any kind they are very high in sodium. Don’t eat out that much. You’re better off eating all your meals at home because you can control the seasoning and it’s just healthy to eat at home. Get in the habit of meal prepping on Sunday’s so it’s easy for you during the week. Don’t eat a lot of carbs because carbs will turn to fat and fat turns into sugar. Try and get up and go on morning walks. And go to the gym and do weight training. I hope this helps you
