Additionally, balancing physical activity with moments of reflection, like journaling about your experiences or sharing your journey with friends, enriches your connection to those adventures. we spend literally our whole lives hitting roadblocks, learning to overcome them, growing as a result, and then hitting more roadblocks 😅 you’ll never be able to avoid them!! you can only do a better job anticipating them 🫶 i think this (what’s in the slides above) is an amazing rule of thumb
