Curiosity Cove… but dare to explore?

Curiosity Cove… quite fitting for today 😆

Went for a walk with my coach & mentor.

And somehow this word “curiosity”

just stayed with me.

Bcoz I realise…

many people are actually curious.

Curious about:

👉 doing something different

👉 trying something new

👉 building something on the side

But…

👉 curious doesn’t mean they will act.

Most of the time…

we just:

👉 think abt it

👉 scroll a bit more

👉 then go back to routine

Life goes on as usual.

Nothing wrong.

But also… nothing changes.

And honestly…

I used to be like that too.

Curious.

But always waiting.

Waiting for:

👉 the right time

👉 more confidence

👉 more clarity

Until I realised…

if I don’t take the first step,

I’ll just keep thinking forever.

Grateful to God

I stepped into this digital biz.

Not because I had everything figured out.

But bcoz I was willing to explore.

And along the way…

having a coach & mentor

really makes a difference.

(yes… the one peeking behind me 😂)

Sometimes all it takes is not certainty.

Just a bit of curiosity…

and one small step.

... Read moreFrom my own experience, I've learned that curiosity is a powerful initial spark but rarely leads to real change unless it is followed by action. Like many, I used to be stuck in the cycle of wondering and hesitating — curious about trying new ventures or starting side projects, yet waiting for the "perfect" moment or for more confidence to arrive. That waiting game only prolonged my routine and kept me from growth. What helped me break free was finally embracing the idea that uncertainty is natural and doesn’t have to hold me back. Taking that first step, even without all the answers, was the breakthrough I needed. Having a coach and mentor along the way provided invaluable support—they offered advice, accountability, and motivation that kept me moving forward when doubts crept in. Curiosity Cove, both the place and the metaphor, reminds me of that feeling of being at the edge of the unknown — a call to explore, try something different, and experiment with fresh ideas. The phrase “Curiosity Cove… now open” resonates deeply because the moment you choose to step in and explore is when real opportunity begins. If you’re dealing with hesitation, remind yourself that many people share that feeling. You're not alone if you’ve been thinking about a new venture but haven’t taken action. The key is to switch from passive curiosity to active exploration. Start small: try a new approach, learn a new skill, or reach out for guidance. Let curiosity lead you to take that first step. Ultimately, it is about growth — not perfection. Life continues with or without change; however, meaningful progress comes when you dare to move beyond routine. So, trust your curiosity, invite some uncertainty, and take that leap. The journey can be surprisingly rewarding.

What my mentor taught me about Overcoming Fear
When I first started working on myself and my business, one of the biggest things holding me back wasn’t time, money, or talent. It was fear. Fear of failing. Fear of looking stupid. Fear of “what will people think?” Fear of trying something new in Singapore’s very “play safe” culture. But
