Is it SPRING

I totally relate to the feeling of stepping outdoors and thinking, "Is it spring already?" The weather during this transitional period can be so confusing. One day you get warm sunshine and hear birds chirping, making you want to ditch your coat; the next day, a cold snap reminds you that winter isn’t quite done yet. Personally, I find that dressing in layers is the best strategy to handle these mixed signals from Mother Nature. When my knees start to ache from the chill, it’s a sure sign that I need to keep my coat handy, even if the sun is shining brightly. This in-between time is also notorious for playing tricks on our moods. The warmth can lift our spirits, but the lingering cold can make us feel off balance. It’s important to listen to your body, especially if you have joint sensitivity like sore knees. Adding gentle indoor stretching or using heat packs can help ease discomfort. Many people experience this 'spring tease' every year where the weather seems to be playing games with our expectations. But these little weather fluctuations are natural as the season shifts from winter to spring. It's a reminder to be patient and appreciate the subtle changes, like longer days and more bird songs, signaling that spring is indeed on its way.
