I’m overwhelmed with emotions, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come! Here’s to running towards my goals and embracing every moment! 🌟 #RunningTowardsMyDreams

With proper training and guidance, it's possible to return to running, even if it's been years. The importance of setting achievable goals cannot be overstated; they motivate us to maintain our fitness journey. Stories of people who have navigated similar paths can be incredibly motivating. Many find joy in running by participating in local runs or joining community groups that encourage and support each other. If you're considering starting again, focus on listening to your body, celebrating small wins, and staying consistent. Ensure to incorporate rest days and cross-training activities to enhance overall fitness. Understanding the benefits of running beyond fitness—such as stress relief, mental clarity, and community can further enrich your journey. Engaging with fellow runners online and offline can also provide invaluable support. So, lace up your shoes, set your intentions, and remember that every step forward is a step towards a healthier, happier you!

SO, I’ve always been unsure of thrifting. I’m not even sure why, I just didn’t think I’d ever find much because of my size and because I have like a weird aesthetic but I was wrong. ✨ I’ve gone a few times with my boyfriend and seen how easily he finds stuff and seeing how it actually looks good
