• YOU CAN DRINK ONE TO TWO GLASSES OF ANY DIET SODA
• REGULAR EXERCISE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - INSIDE OR OUTSIDE
THE BEST TIME TO WEIGH IS IN THE MORNING AFTER YOUR SHOWER.
• YOU SHOULD STRICTLY FOLLOW THE DIET AS IS, WITHOUT REPLACING THE BREAKFAST MEAL WITH LUNCH OR DINNER OR VICE VERSA.
