ah!!! (spoilers for ACOMAF)
Omg!!
I’m actually in tears, ACOMF was so good I had to get book 3 right away.
It is honestly one of the greatest love stories I’ve ever heard of….
You are my salvation????
my equal, she will wear my crown???
Are we kidding????
also I knew tamlin was over in book 1 the second Rhys was introduced but it was solidified early in book 2 when he said there is no such thing as a High Lady — Tamlin gives me major ick honestly

Wow, just wow! I'm still reeling from A Court of Mist and Fury. Honestly, I thought I was prepared for book two, but Sarah J. Maas completely blew me away. The journey Feyre takes, from the suffocating Spring Court to finding her true self and family in the Night Court, is just incredibly powerful. My heart absolutely broke for Feyre at the beginning, trapped and struggling. But then Rhysand... oh, Rhysand. His character development, and the way his true intentions slowly unravel, is masterful. The original post mentioned 'You are my salvation?' and 'my equal, she will wear my crown?' – and those lines truly encapsulate the depth of their relationship. It's not just about grand gestures, but about mutual respect, shared burdens, and helping each other heal. Their connection felt so earned, so real, making it truly one of the greatest love stories I've ever encountered in fantasy. It’s a partnership of equals, and that's what makes it so captivating. And let's talk about Tamlin. Like many, I had questions in book one, but ACOMAF solidified my feelings. The shift from seeing him as a potential love interest to realizing the toxic, controlling nature of his love was expertly handled. The moment he tells Feyre there's no such thing as a High Lady felt like a punch to the gut, perfectly highlighting his inability to see her as anything more than a possession. The 'ick' factor is definitely real! This book isn't just about romance; it's about healing from trauma, finding your voice, building a chosen family, and standing up for what's right. The world-building expands beautifully, especially getting to know Velaris and the Inner Circle. I literally couldn't put the books down, and the moment I finished ACOMAF, I had to grab A Court of Wings and Ruin immediately. The anticipation for what comes next in the ACOTAR series is immense. If you’re looking for a fantasy series that will make you laugh, cry, and completely sweep you off your feet, this is it.

YES! It almost had me in tears. I finished it yesterday and haven’t gotten it off of my mind😭 such a beautiful love story. I took several months between ACOTAR to starting ACOMAF and I thought that’s what I’d have to do before I start the third…buuuttttt it’s looking like I’m going to jump right into the next.
