🌾Come Pick🌻 Girrrl✨

Soooo this is what we did on our beautiful Sunday 🌞

Grab that basket girlies and go pick some flowers! We are blessed to have a field full of options in our backyard.. If you don't, you can get flowers and filler plants literally anywhere around your neighborhood or community..

This was a great bonding experience for the kiddos and I.. We had so much fun looking for all the different plants to pair with the sunflowers! We gathered enough to make 3 bouquets! How do you think they turned out?!

This activity encourages creativity as you explore various flower options, textures, and colors available in your backyard or local area. Even if you don’t have a garden, local parks or community gardens can provide beautiful blooms. Picking flowers not only promotes appreciation for nature but also introduces children to the joys of gardening. Kids love the thrill of searching for the perfect flower, and it inspires them to engage in more hands-on outdoor activities. Once you gather your bouquet, you can also explore ways to arrange them beautifully at home—experiment with different vase styles and placements to enhance your decor. Whether you're planning a family gathering or simply want to brighten up your space, homegrown flowers can add a personal touch. Looking to extend the fun? Organize a flower-picking-themed party! Set up a station for making bouquets and provide decorations for the vases. Provide fun facts about different flowers to educate the little ones, and encourage sharing their creative arrangements on social media with hashtags like #WildflowerAdventure and #BouquetFun. Engaging in such activities nurtures a love for nature and builds emotional bonds within the family, making every outing a cherished memory.
