How to Navigate Internalize/ Cultural Racism:

Prejudice in the US is not a black and white only situation. There are other cultures and races who do participate in antiblackness. I will always tell people education and doing intense cultural homework on the root causes of why people behave the way they do. Everything is psychology. Its like the Art of WAR. Always understand thy enemy. I am not saying people are youre enemy but i am using the statement to encorage to never internalize people's interirotiy complex.

Caste systems and racial hierarchy: All countries have a racial caste system but all countries have not progressed when it comes to equality and equal rights. When you encounter a racist poc person dont internalize thier antiblack behavior, that is when it time to do you cultural homework on that person. Who were the colonizers of that country, how did thier caste system operated and once you research the roots cause its going to be easy to understand that person. For example countries that were colonizatied by the British have a less of a indenitity crisis because the British never promoted racial mixing( which kept ppl racial bl**dline pure and they wanted pure separation compared to Spain where they did promote mix race but the goal was to erase the blackness out of the people and be identified by nationality not race.EX that why you'll have people who are visibility black but they will not acknowledge it(self hate). Researching how each colonizers implement thier ways of living is very important. Understanding people ideologies will prevent internalize thier behavior because you'll understand the root cause. Always do cultural research on the counties people are coming from. Research how they treat thier minorities in thier own countries. Once you have that information learn and keep your distance. Body language will tell you everything you need to know.

Economic preservation. If you know certain cultures have a colorism or antiblack reputation don't support thier community. Spend your money with people that will respect you. Dont have relationships or friendship with people who are dealing with thier own internalize bias. From personal experience ( I barely deal with Colorism because I stay away from hate). ALways preserve your peace. Try to keep your money in your own community. Restaurants, beauty cosmetics, music and culture always keep everything within your community and thats who you Create generational wealth.

LAW AND ORDER: Learn the law and learn how to protect yourself. Just because a person looks ethnic is doesn't mean that they aren't racist or prejudice. If youre at a job and they are practicing racial discrimination ,documents and sue and let everyone know about thier business pratices and take it to the high court of law so they can creates laws that can prevent future discrimination pratices. ex Hiring only one race of people at major coorperation chain like a Target = is discrimination and racism. how do you fix that= Call the mayor, call corporate in the company, and let them know what's going on and you can also call The local news channel and report it (to ABC News ) I would even hire a private investigator to document all thier racist pratices (undercover agents) .. In 2026 all stores should look like a RAINBOW.ALL races skin tones etc. Tokism shouldn't be praticed also. EX only hiring one peoole that different so from the outside perspective it doesnt look like racism is occuring.................nobody is dumb... This is the Unites States = All colors All people.

Respect and Honor: Never sit at a table that youre not wanted or respected. That is called Respecting thy self.

... Read moreInternalized racism and cultural racism are complex issues that affect many communities across the world. They go beyond interpersonal conflict and enter the psychological and systemic realms that dictate social hierarchies and identity formation. Recognizing the subtle ways these forms of racism manifest is crucial in cultivating personal empowerment and community resilience. The phrase "M TIRED BEING THE ANGRY BLACK WOMAN" reflects a common stereotype that burdens Black women, often silencing expressions of valid anger toward systemic injustices. This stereotype, along with quotes like "Racism is the fruit of an ill-informed mind," serves as a reminder that education and awareness are powerful tools in dismantling prejudice. By understanding the historical roots of racism, including colonial legacies and caste structures, individuals can prevent internalizing negative biases imposed by society. For example, many countries shaped by British colonization have rigid racial categorizations and resisted racial mixing, which impacts identity politics differently compared to places colonized by Spain, where racial mixing was more common but aimed at erasing Black identity. This historical context helps explain why some people may deny their Blackness or struggle with identity issues linked to colonial racial hierarchy. Economic preservation acts as a form of resistance against systemic racism. Supporting businesses and creatives within communities that respect and uplift marginalized groups helps foster generational wealth and cultural preservation. This strategy discourages financial support of communities or individuals who display colorism or antiblack bias, promoting instead economic self-sufficiency and peace. Respect and honor, as the article emphasizes, are about recognizing your worth and refusing to be part of spaces where you are not welcomed or valued. This self-respect is foundational in combating internalized racism, helping individuals set boundaries that protect mental health and foster a positive self-identity. Finally, the campaign statements like "Racism & hate have no place here" signal a collective crave for equality and solidarity across African, European, and Asian communities. Such solidarity efforts are essential to challenge racism on all fronts and create inclusive societies. In summary, by doing cultural homework, understanding the psychology behind prejudice, practicing economic empowerment, and honoring oneself, individuals and communities can navigate cultural and internalized racism effectively. These steps not only help dismantle systemic barriers but also contribute to healing and thriving despite societal challenges.

I am tired of racism. I am tired of people being mistreated because of the color of their skin. Its pissing me off. I wish people would realize that we are all the same regardless of skin color. This prejudice needs to end
