Buiness Edition: BLACK WOMEN
We are in a very sweet position as BW .This is actually the perfect time to be a BO and mentor younger black women and girls that are up and coming. We are very intelligent women but we have to put our energy into the right fields and instead of being consumers its time to be a OWNER.
Manufacturers and distribution: Black women stop working for these corporations that expolit your ideas and dont wanna pay you what you're worth. Its time to be a BO and work as a team. We are the most educated demographic in this country let's used that energy to rebuild back this community the right way so future generations can have a better future. Stop going into these lesser paying fields. Be a lawyer , doctor, engineer, high position so you can't be low balled. Dont abuse your power. If you decide to be in a higher positions your goal is to help others( High vibrational black women only )and keep the cycle going so in the long run a lot of black women will be employed which will bring the community into a higher tax bracket . ESPECIALLY If your a AA woman many of us can be multi millionaires if you stick to a cultural code.
Education , Collaboration, Resources: All black women need to be educated. A degree is very important dont let nobody fool ya. BEING EDUCATED IS COOL AND WILL ALWAYS BE IN STYLE.Make sure your pursuing a degree that is going to make money. Dont play small. The right Collaboration is very important make sure you only do buiness with women who are on your same level, deal with women or men that are very mature and do right buiness practices. When you a have buiness partners make sure you have good lawyers that if anything happens both parties have money in the end incase you guys separate. no malice is involved. Resources: Make sure your Resources are from your community Black owned EX if youre going to start a diamond buiness make sure all those diamonds come from Africa or if you wanna open a groracy store make sure all the fruit and vegetables come from BLACK COUNTIRES so the dollars stays in our community. Black People have to work with each other and be strict about it. If not you will be a permanent underclass because all other cultures understand this. Sometimes as black people you'll get emotional that other cultures aren't friendly its not that they understand GROUP ECONOMICS and Generational community wealth. If you HAVE YOUR OWN SYSTEMS like black wall street black people will experience less racism because your dealing with your own ppl. Black Women you need to start getting services done by your own women in your community. Keep the dollar circling around because I keep seeing videos online that black women keep experiencing racist and disrespect from other ppl. YOU KEEP Getting DISRESPECTED because you keep dealing ppl that dont like you....its that simple BLACK OWN EVERYTHING IS THE SOLUTION. find a buiness partner and open your stores.
SURVIVAL OF THE FITNESS: We live in a society that isnt going to give you anything and if your black its even worst. You're goal is to level up as much as possible to be in a good position. Nobody is going to give you anything and they dont want to see you have anything. Stop operating out of fear and intimidation of success and learn how to use your energy to focus on the goals you want to accomplish. IT NOT WHERE YOU START ITS HOW TO FINISH AND STAY IN YOUR LANE. Block out the unessasary noise and keep going till you reach the STARS.
Financial Literacy, LOANS AND MARKETING: Money is very important. Money matters in this society. I am not preaching to worship money or to do compromising action to gain success. Black people especially black women need to understand MONEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER. Learn how to make money and understanding how loans work so you to open stores (so you can have one). The more black people have thier own stores the more the employed rate will go up. This is 2025 thier is no excuses anymore. RACISM WILL ALWAYS EXIST BUT .....NOBODY CAN NOT BLOCK YOUR SUCCESS WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR MIND BODY AND SPIRIT IN ORDER. Learn from someone who has higher education then you. Learn to leave your ego at the door learn pratice then execute the plans.
2026 WILL BE YOUR YEAR

The journey from being primarily consumers to becoming influential business owners is not just about personal success but community upliftment. Embracing careers as lawyers, doctors, engineers, or high-level executives not only ensures fair compensation but empowers Black women to aid others and create employment opportunities within their communities. Education serves as the cornerstone of this empowerment. Attaining a degree in a lucrative field secures financial independence and credibility. Yet, education alone isn’t enough; meaningful collaborations with like-minded, mature business partners who practice ethical business conduct are critical to sustaining success. Legal safeguards in partnerships protect all parties involved, ensuring fairness even if disputes arise. To truly strengthen economic independence, sourcing materials and services from Black-owned businesses and countries is imperative. If starting a diamond business, for example, sourcing stones from Africa maintains the flow of dollars in Black economies. Similarly, grocery stores stocking produce from Black countries fortify economic cycles within the community. This approach aligns with the principle of group economics and is vital to building generational wealth, reminiscent of historical successes like Black Wall Street. Financial literacy is foundational. Understanding how loans work, how to market effectively, and how to manage finances wisely ensures that Black women can open and sustain stores and other enterprises. Mastering these areas dismantles barriers posed by systemic racism and biases, allowing a focus on growth and success. Importantly, the mindset shift away from fear and intimidation toward confidence and resilience is essential for survival and thriving in competitive markets. Fostering high vibrational energy and supporting fellow Black women solidifies a cycle of empowerment that elevates entire communities. Starting 2025, Black women have the opportunity to harness these strategies, blend them with cultural wisdom and contemporary business practices, and create thriving enterprises that fuel employment, community growth, and high tax brackets. This is not merely a business trend but a cultural renaissance forged through education, collaboration, resourcefulness, and unwavering determination.
