Black people are building wealth in America and Africa at the same because the dollar is circulating. When selling products, only sell products from companies that are 100% black owned. You have to make sure who youre giving your dollar to. The store should be selling Cercered, Pattern, design essentials, black own hair bundle lines( from all over the world, international companies),. That's the only way that the industry will change. Most vender are not going to sell to black people because its gate keeping industry, so the solution is for black men or women who want to get into the industry to start from scratch. Its crucial to start building relationships with black wealthy buiness owners (because money is needed) to make it happen so In America you'll see a change in the beauty supplies ownership.
Hair Manufacturing: Black people have to start leanring and creating thier own manufacturing buiness. Connect with farmers to get the synthetic braiding hair from the horse( from black own farmers). In terms of hair bundles. Build a contract relationship with the women from South and East Africa, North America, every other place that black women and men are to get thier hair). Ive noticed where always getting hair from communities of people who would never do business with us yet we keep buying from thier suppliers which doesnt make sense..EX the women of Chad have beautiful hair. Instead of wearing of Brazilian bundles wear Chad bundles. The way black women always makes things trendy money will come very fast.
Partnership: Leanring how to work as a team is very important. No ENVY NO JEOULSY, ONE BAND ONE SOUND. The black community has to learn how to really stick together economlly and work as a team when working in stores. Have weekly or monthly meetings , listening to each other, dont get ego pride and title get to your head and be balanced. True leaders listen to the input of the team. Building generational community wealth requires logic , responsibility and collaboration. That is the only way that black people economlly came come put of poverty.
