Skincare Tips :30s and up edition

The skin is the largest organ on your body which means you should heavily invest in it. When you're entering your 30s , its time to invest more in skincare than makeup. Skin care is very important. I wanted to write down tips that my 30s and up women should do to age gracefully. Everyone is going to age because that part of life.

1.) Always meet with a dermatologist. Meeting with a medical health professionals will help you know what type of skin you have and which medical grade products ✨️ will make maintain your beauty.

2.) Drink water and eat clean. You are what you eat. IF you eat bad its going to show on your face .(its ok to cheat but dont make it a habit.When you get older everything you do will show very quickly.

3.) Excersize: Excersizimg will naturally detox the body from your sweat. plus when you slim down most people tend to look younger.

4.) Medical grade skin care is the way. Use skincare products that actually works and have a higher quality concentrating ingredient.

5.) Drink green tea and other Japanese/Korean teas. teas without the caffeine is good for your ski

6.)PLEASE WEAR Sunscreen EVERYDAY . I DONT CARE IF YOUR LIGHT SKIN OR DARK SKIN. PLEASE BLACK PEOPLE WEAR SUN SCREEN LOL.

7.) no smoking and no drinking. drinking and smoking is so bad for your skin.

8.) buy the right acid for your skin ex mendelic or hyaluronic acid all acid are good for skin but please check with dermatologist.

9.) no stress stay blessed. if anything strees you out just leave.

10.) Invest in facials that produce collegen

11 ) wear retinal at night

12.) if you do any type of cosmetics enhancement do it at a micro level.

13.) Drink organic bone broth

From personal experience, prioritizing skin health over makeup truly pays off in the long run. One key realization I had was the importance of understanding your unique skin type, which is why regularly consulting a dermatologist is invaluable. They guide you in selecting medical-grade skincare products containing potent active ingredients, such as retinol and hyaluronic acid, tailored to your skin's needs. Hydration and nutrition also play vital roles. I noticed a remarkable difference in my complexion after consistently drinking plenty of water and incorporating green and herbal teas, like Japanese and Korean varieties, which are gentle on the skin and provide antioxidants. Clean eating habits, focusing on whole foods and limiting processed sugars, helped minimize breakouts and dullness. Exercise has a dual benefit: promoting circulation that brightens skin and eliminating toxins through sweat. After adopting a regular exercise routine, my skin appeared more radiant and firm. Additionally, daily sunscreen application became a non-negotiable, as prevention of sun damage is paramount in keeping skin youthful, regardless of skin tone. Stress management turned out to be just as important as external skincare. When stressed, my skin reacted negatively with increased sensitivity and occasional flare-ups. Taking time to relax and reset positively impacted my skin's resilience. Lastly, I found integrating small, consistent treatments such as facials to boost collagen and occasional use of organic bone broth contributed to maintaining skin's plumpness and glow. If considering cosmetic enhancements, keeping them minimal and natural-looking preserves authentic beauty. Aging gracefully is about combining these holistic approaches—professional advice, quality products, lifestyle adjustments, and self-care—to nurture your skin and confidence as you step into your 30s and beyond.

These are some of the products that I’ve been using recently and what I use them for. I tried to be as detailed as possible. Also retinol should be used at night only and vitamin C is best used in the morning under sunscreen. I hope this helps anyone looking for new products to add to their routine
