New Smell Goods Part 60

I got my hands on the musk matcha that everyone was raving about.

Not as sweet as I thought it would be. I’m glad it came in a mini and not a big bottle. I’m undecided if I would purchase it in a big bottle.

I did smell the musk Santal in store and I like it but I would need to smell it again before purchasing.

This scent has quickly built a following for its unique blend of gourmand and musky notes combined with the freshness of matcha. Unlike traditional musk perfumes that can lean heavily on sweetness or intense muskiness, Musk Matcha strikes a delicate balance—it’s lightly sweet and creamy, while still keeping a fresh, green character thanks to the matcha. What makes Musk Matcha particularly intriguing is its composition that includes warm and spicy elements, like bergamot, green apple, oat milk, praline, and coffee, paired with classic base notes of vanilla, sweet musk, sandalwood, amber, patchouli, and vetiver. This complex layering gives it a sophisticated yet approachable aura. Interestingly, some users find it less sweet than expected, which can be a refreshing change for those who prefer subtler fragrances. Ordering a mini bottle first, as many have done, is an excellent way to test if the scent suits your personal taste without committing to a larger bottle. This approach helps avoid the common pitfall of being stuck with a fragrance that doesn’t quite align with your preferences. On the other hand, Musk Santal offers a warmer, spicier vibe that leans noticeably on sandalwood—a note well-loved for its creamy, woody richness. While the initial impression might spark interest, enthusiasts recommend sampling several times in-store to fully appreciate its evolving scent profile before making a purchase. Both fragrances stand out for their quality and nuanced blend of ingredients, making Kayali a brand to watch for those seeking unique, artisanal perfumes. Whether you’re into gourmand-inspired scents or woody spicy ones, trying these in person or starting small helps ensure you pick a fragrance you'll enjoy wearing day to day.
