Soak it in by Escapade Beauty | Review Part I 🥥
Soak it in by @escapadebeauty is a coconut water, beachy scent. It reminds me a lot of the EOS coconut waters which makes it perfect for layering. I think it would pair so nicely with the Miami Nectar body spray by Ellis Brooklyn for a perfect tropical getaway scent.
My hope is this brand will come out with perfumes for longer lasting scent. I think body mists are cool but I like for my fragrances to be a bit loud and I can be in my little bubble enjoying them.
Thank you again Escapade Beauty for sending me these to review and I look forward to see how the next ones perform.

You know how some scents just instantly transport you? For me, Escapade Beauty's 'Soak It In' body mist does exactly that! When I first spritzed it, I was immediately hit with this incredible coconut water vibe, so fresh and beachy. It wasn't just a simple, sugary sweet coconut; it had that watery, slightly green undertone that makes you feel like you're actually sipping a fresh young coconut on a sandy shore. It’s truly a standout Escapade Beauty review moment for me, making me feel like I’m on a mini-vacation. Now, I'm a big fan of body mists for that quick refresh, especially in warmer weather. They're perfect for throwing in your bag for a quick pick-me-up throughout the day. But, let's be real, sometimes you want that scent to stick around a bit longer, right? My initial thought when trying 'Soak It In' was that I wished it had the longevity of a perfume, just like the original post mentioned. This got me thinking about how to really make these beautiful, lighter fragrances perform their best, extending that tropical experience beyond just a few hours. That’s where layering comes in! The original review hinted at pairing 'Soak It In' with something like EOS Coconut Waters body lotion or even Ellis Brooklyn's Miami Nectar. And honestly, that's genius. I've found that creating a scent base is key. For 'Soak It In,' I love to start with a plain, unscented moisturizer to hydrate my skin, and then follow up with a rich, coconut-scented body butter or oil. This creates a 'sticky' surface for the mist to cling to. Then, when I spray 'Soak It In,' that light, airy coconut water note gets grounded by the deeper coconut base, making it last so much longer. If I'm feeling extra tropical, I'll even use a pineapple or mango scented lotion for a fruity twist! Beyond lotion, the timing and placement of your spray make a huge difference. I always apply my body mists right after a shower when my skin is still a little damp and your pores are open – it helps the scent absorb better. Focus on pulse points like your wrists, neck, and behind your knees, where your body heat can gently diffuse the fragrance throughout the day. And don't forget your hair! A light mist through your strands can keep that scent wafting around you for hours without being overpowering. A little secret: I sometimes even spray my clothes lightly, especially scarves or light summer dresses, to extend the scent trail discreetly. Escapade Beauty, from what I've experienced with 'Soak It In,' seems to be all about capturing those easy, breezy, feel-good moments. They really nail that 'vacation in a bottle' concept. It’s more than just a fragrance; it’s an instant mood lifter. While 'Soak It In' is my current obsession, it makes me so excited to see what else they might come out with. Imagine a matching body wash, a shimmering body oil, or even a travel-sized perfume version of this stunning scent! For anyone looking for that perfect summer staple or just a daily dose of sunshine, this brand is definitely worth exploring. It's not just about the product; it's about the feeling it evokes and the simple pleasure of a well-crafted, refreshing scent. So, if you're searching for your next summer fragrance or just curious about how to make your favorite body mists last, give 'Soak It In' by Escapade Beauty a try and experiment with layering.
