What’s Self Love To You?!

Self-love looks like this for me:

Speaking positively to myself. Redirecting negative thoughts. Feeling my feelings fully. Nurturing my mind, body, soul, and spirit. Saying my affirmations daily. Setting boundaries and protecting my peace. Releasing anything that brings confusion. Saying “no” when needed—without guilt or explanation.

It’s about owning what I want to do and what I don’t. Knowing that what others think of me is not who I am. Taking breaks. Breathing deeply. Resetting when I need to. Moving my body. Loving me for me.

Keeping those around me who uplift me—and releasing what doesn’t serve me. Learning myself. Not beating myself up. Making sure I look good and feel good—inside and out. Prioritizing my mental, emotional, and physical health.

Detoxing from social media and the world when needed. Being important to myself before pouring into others. Addressing things in the moment instead of holding it in. Getting sleep. Doing what makes me happy. Letting go of control.

Accepting where I am in life and choosing to be happy with it. Giving myself grace. Being patient with my process.
