Dough: 2 ½ cups flour 1 tsp salt ¾ cup warm water 1 tsp sugar 1 ½ tsp yeast 1 tbsp olive oil Toppings: ½ cup mozzarella, shredded ½ cup ricotta ¼ cup burrata 4-5 prosciutto slices ¼ cup pistachios, chopped 3 tbsp pesto 1 tbsp olive oil Instructions Make Dough – Mix water, sugar & yeast; let sit 10 min. Add flour, salt & oil, knead, let rise 1-2 hrs. Preheat & Shape – Heat oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone. Roll out dough. Assemble – Spread mozzarella, ricotta & burrata. Bake – Transfer to stone, bake 7-10 min until crispy. Finish – Drizzle pesto, add prosciutto, pistachios & olive oil. Pro Tip: Add honey for a sweet contrast!
