buttered chicken & pasta

I could call this, the poor mans alfredo because that’s what it reminded me of. I made a decent sized pan and it fed 4 kids and 3 adults- which left me (after handling baby and doing all the things) with zero. 😂 No leftovers here! My family was over for dinner so at least everyone was fed.

Here’s what you need:

Chicken bites

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp butter

Heaping spoonful of minced garlic

For the sauce:

1 tbs of butter

1 cup of heavy cream

1/2 cup shredded parm cheese

And angel hair pasta!

Cook your pasta according to package. In a large pan place diced chicken with a little oil. Add your paprika, salt and pepper to it. Cook thoroughly.

Add 2 tbsp butter and the garlic and cook until fragrant 1-2 min. Then remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan add heavy cream, parm cheese and remaining butter. Stir until sauce thickens then add your cooked pasta to it and top with chicken. You can sprinkle parsley flakes over it.

According to everyone they liked it!
