What A Wild Ride!
Okay, from the moment I started reading this, I thought I had it figured out. And I had already decided I was team Henry who has a shitty wife.
She remains shitty. Sorry not sorry.
But. Holy cow!! The ending!? What!?
That was the most shocking thing I’ve read in a minute! Like I literally dropped my taco, gasped, lost my place, then read the twist again to make sure I understood it.
Holy. Wow.
The whole time reading this I couldn’t figure out why it was such a popular book. I don’t like AI. I don’t like sci-fi. I don’t like robots. But yall. This book. It lives up to the hype. And then some.
Also; this isn’t really a spoiler, but maybe it is, so skip ahead if you want, Lily is a terrible person. 🤷♀️ She got the day she deserved.
Anyways. I guess I might have to give sci-fi and robots more of a chance, because this was a crazy little book. You can definitely bang it out in a day, there’s only like 200 pages. But boy do those 200 pages keep you hooked the entire time. Especially if you’re like me, who’s seen this book mentioned multiple times, and you’re trying to figure out why on earth it’s so popular. Give it a try. Tell me what you think. Because I really like this one more than I thought I was going to.
