It comes in a neat 8oz (227g) jar, and you can immediately tell it’s a premium product. Upon opening, I was greeted by this beautiful, light peach-colored yogurt, exactly as the OCR description noted. It has a surprisingly creamy and almost gel-like texture for being made from two young Thai coconuts. The aroma is naturally fruity, a subtle blend of peach and nectarine, not overpowering or artificial at all. My first spoonful was... an experience! It's definitely not your typical dairy yogurt. The texture is thicker, almost like a panna cotta but still spoonable, and it melts delightfully in your mouth, leaving a fresh, clean aftertaste. Taste-wise, it's mildly sweet with a pleasant tang, which I personally adore.
