Upon opening, I was greeted by this beautiful, light peach-colored yogurt, exactly as the OCR description noted. It has a surprisingly creamy and almost gel-like texture for being made from two young Thai coconuts. The aroma is naturally fruity, a subtle blend of peach and nectarine, not overpowering or artificial at all. My first spoonful was... an experience! It's definitely not your typical dairy yogurt.
