Make sure that YOU are who you’re suppose to be

✨Sometimes we get lost in ourselves loving something or someone so much that we forget ourselves in it I once found myself in this place and it wasn’t until I remember who I was when I figured out I didn’t need validation. I began to live !!! We lose ourselves in the possibility of something we dreamed instead of just living in our moments.

We often forget that if someone lets our hand go it’s not always bad it just means we get our Hand back. Make sure that YOU are who you’re suppose to be before you step in something that GOD didn’t ordain there is no better feeling then to be standing in your truth be-YOU-ti-ful embrace your best you, always MAKE IT COUNT ✨

Self-identity can get overshadowed by relationships or societal expectations, leading to an internal struggle. This phenomenon is not uncommon; many people face challenges in maintaining their individuality while pursuing dreams or commitments. To combat this, consider practicing mindfulness—an approach that encourages staying present in the moment and acknowledging your own needs and desires. Journaling can also be a helpful tool, allowing for reflection on personal goals and feelings. By writing down your thoughts, you begin to clarify your identity, making it easier to prioritize your values and preferences over external influences. Moreover, engage with supportive communities or individuals who promote authenticity and self-love. Surrounding yourself with those who celebrate your individuality can reinforce a sense of belonging and confidence. Recognizing the signs of losing oneself, such as feeling disconnected from personal interests or experiencing constant self-doubt, is vital. When such feelings arise, take a step back and evaluate what truly matters to you. Embrace the notion that it’s okay to change and grow while maintaining your essence. Allow yourself the grace to redefine what being 'you' means at each stage of life, ensuring that your journey is both fulfilling and true to your heart.
