I can laugh NOW because that baby is 3 and we absolutely adore her, but baby… I was in SHAMBLES.
This man had just gotten arrested THREE DAYS before this. We already had two kids, the relationship had been dragged on long enough, and in my head I’m like, “Welp… I guess this is finally my clean break. Let me go on about my life with these two kids.”
HEE HEE HA HA. JOKE WAS ON ME.
Three days later I’m staring at a positive pregnancy test while this man is getting ready to go do an 11-month bid.
Like Lord??? I thought I was finna get AWAY. Why would you leave me with a whole parting gift???
