1 cup 4% cottage cheese (I used @goodculture)
1 Tbsp. honey
½ tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla)
Dash of Cinnamon (optional)
Directions: blend until smooth. Add 1-2 tbsp milk to thin out if necessary.
